A 1,074-acre site in northeast Greater Houston will become a master-planned community called Arabella Crossing, featuring about 3,100 homes. Located near FM 1960 and the Grand Parkway, it offers strategic access to major job centers. The development will be built in nine phases with diverse housing options, parks, trails, commercial areas, and infrastructure including water and wastewater facilities. Plans also include schools and a future fire station to support the growing population.
